Sales Savant Refund Policy

Sales Savant is provided by Revenant Systems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By purchasing any subscription, access pass, or early-access product, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because Sales Savant delivers:

  • Immediate access to digital software,

  • AI features,

  • Training resources,

  • Community access,

  • And downloadable or non-returnable digital content,

all purchases are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, prorated refunds, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • Non-usage,

  • Change of mind,

  • Personal scheduling conflicts,

  • Failure to implement the training,

  • Dissatisfaction based on results,

  • Misunderstanding of features, pricing, or access.

2. Cancel Anytime (No Future Charges)

You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your subscription here

Cancellation stops future billing only — it does not generate a refund for past payments.

Your access remains active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

3. Billing Authorization

By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors, such as Stripe) to charge your card automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.

You are responsible for maintaining an active and updated payment method.

Declined charges may result in:

  • Paused access,

  • Loss of bonuses,

  • Removal from communities,

  • And potential account closure.

4. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed in error:

  • Contact us

  • Include your name, email, and transaction ID.

Billing errors will be reviewed and corrected if applicable.
This is not a refund — it is correction of a mistake (e.g., duplicate charge).

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback automatically terminates your access to:

  • The Sales Savant platform

  • Bonuses

  • Community access

  • Affiliate benefits

  • Past or future discounts

We vigorously dispute all chargebacks with:

  • Purchase history,

  • IP logs,

  • Access receipts,

  • And usage records.

6. Credits (If Offered)

On rare occasions, the Company may offer account credits as a goodwill gesture.
Credits:

  • Are not guaranteed,

  • Are not cash,

  • Are not transferable,

  • And may only be applied toward future invoices.

7. Promotional Pricing & Bonuses

All early-access, beta offers, discounted pricing, and promotional bonuses are final.
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed coupon codes,

  • Expired offers,

  • Price changes,

  • Future discounts,

  • Or modified plan structures.
