Welcome to Sales Savant. By accessing or using our website or app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Our Services

You may use Sales Savant only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any actions taken through your account.

2. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and software belong to Sales Savant LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.

3. Your Data and Aggregated Insights

Your data is yours. As between you and Sales Savant LLC, you retain all rights to the call recordings, transcripts, and other content you or your team upload or connect to the service (“Customer Data”).

Improving your own results. We use your Customer Data to provide, operate, and support the service for you, and to tailor it to your team — including fitting the scoring weights used in your scorecards to your team’s own calls and outcomes, so that your scorecards reflect what actually predicts results for you. This use is confined to your organization.

Aggregated Insights. We may create de-identified statistical and analytical information derived from Customer Data (“Aggregated Insights”). Aggregated Insights never identify you, your organization, your personnel, your customers, or any individual; contain no recording, transcript, or excerpt of any call; and are never drawn from fewer than five (5) customer organizations. We may:

• publish Aggregated Insights as research — for example, how frequently particular objections appear across sales calls; and
• use Aggregated Insights internally as a statistical baseline to calibrate the service, including the default scoring weights applied to teams that do not yet have enough of their own data to fit against.

What we do not do. We do not sell Customer Data. We do not use the content of Customer Data to train shared or third-party AI models. Producing Aggregated Insights is not model training: it yields statistical measures, not a model trained on your calls. We will not name you, use your logo, or describe you in a case study without your separate written permission.

Survival. Because published material cannot be withdrawn once released, our rights in Aggregated Insights already published survive termination of your account. We will not derive new Aggregated Insights from your Customer Data after your account is terminated and your data is deleted.

Your responsibilities. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all consents and given all notices required by applicable law — including call-recording and wiretap laws — from every participant on calls you bring into Sales Savant, and that you have the right to grant us the permissions in this section.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

Sales Savant is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about results or performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Savant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Subscription and Cancellations

Sales Savant is a subscription-based digital service that provides immediate access to software, AI features, training materials, and community resources. Because access is delivered instantly and includes non-returnable digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. No full, partial, or prorated refunds are provided under any circumstance.

You may manage, update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through our secure billing page here.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Continued use after a failed payment may result in automatic rebilling attempts.

Use of the service is subject to this Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

You may cancel at any time. All purchases provide instant access to software, AI features, training materials, community access, and other digital content. Because these items are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds — including partial or prorated refunds — will be provided for any reason, including non-usage, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with results, or misunderstandings about features, pricing, or access. Please see our most current and complete refund policy here.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect:

• Information you provide directly (e.g. sign-up, contact forms)
• Automatic data via cookies, analytics, and tracking tools (e.g. Meta Pixel)
• Usage and engagement data when you use our website or app

We use this data to:

• Deliver, operate, and improve our services
• Personalize and measure advertising performance
• Communicate with you about updates, features, and offers

You control your data:

• You can manage cookie settings via your browser
