You can update, pause, or cancel your Sales Savant subscription at any time. For security and compliance, all subscription changes must be completed through our encrypted billing portal.

If you cancel your subscription, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

These controls ensure you can manage your account at any time without needing support intervention, as required by card network and consumer protection standards.
Before You Cancel (Read This First)
Most customers who cancel tell us one of these is true:
1. “I haven’t fully set it up yet.”

3. “It’s not the right time financially.”
You don’t need to lose your data or progress → You can pause your account inside the portal instead of canceling.
4. “I expected different results.”

If you still want to cancel, you can do so instantly inside the billing portal.
Important Legal Notes
To keep billing compliant with consumer protection and card network standards:
All subscription changes, including cancellation, must be completed by you through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Cancellation is effective immediately; you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds are issued, as stated in our Refund Policy.
Continued use of the service after a failed payment may result in automatic rebilling attempts unless the subscription is canceled.
